Golden Canadian Homes Inc. (GCHI) is an Orangeville-based real estate development company founded on principles of ethical investment and community building. We offer rental units across Ontario, including communities in Grand Valley, Port Severn, Guelph, and Dundalk. GCHI's properties balance safety, cutting-edge features, and a positive atmosphere for all tenants, with a special focus on affordable housing and senior segments. Our Leadership
Mohsin Samdani has a BA in Marketing and Economics. He has extensive sales and marketing knowledge and has produced marketing products and services for Primus Canada, generating over 1 million in sales revenue. With a vision for ethical real estate development, Mohsin founded GCHI to address the growing need for quality housing while providing halal-compliant investment opportunities.
Loghman is the principal at LINE Architect Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience to our projects. He is an innovative architect and urbanist based in Toronto. He graduated from Harvard University and specializes in sustainable and efficient building design. His expertise ensures our projects are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior.
